Human Resources (HR) Jobs Opening in M. Suri & Co. at Delhi
Job Description
1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
3. Collaborate with existing team to develop and implement effective employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs.
4. Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures, as well as preparing HR-related correspondence and reports.
6. Contribute to the performance management process by assisting in performance evaluations and providing feedback to managers and employees.
7. Suggest on HR best practices and trends, actively participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills.
