Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.. Support various HR processes like talent acquisition & development and employee engagement
2. Support the HR team in sourcing & screening profiles, coordinating, and scheduling interviews
3. Maintain an internal candidate database for joining and hiring
4. Support in the preparation of job descriptions
5. Support in streamlining HR data and preparing reports
6. Support in organizing employee engagement activities
