About the internship
1. Understand the importance of the pre-offer stage, Referral Payout and Onboarding, and BGV process adoption in the recruitment process
2. Analyse the challenges and the gap that will occur while using the pre-offer stage
3. Formulate the mitigation plan to fill the identified gaps
4. Roll out the implementation plan across regions
5. Monitor and track the adoption of the pre-offer stage in every region and ensure 100% adoption
