Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with Recruitment: Help with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
2. Employee Records: Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
3. Onboarding Support: Participate in the onboarding process, including preparing paperwork and orientation materials for new hires
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure interview rooms are prepared
5. Data Entry and Analysis: Input HR data into spreadsheets or databases and assist in basic data analysis
6. Safety and Wellness Initiatives: Assist in promoting workplace safety and wellness programs
7. File Maintenance: Maintain HR files and records in an organized manner

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team
Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as updating employee databases, preparing reports, and organizing HR-related documentation
Handle other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager or supervisor
