- We’d like to invite interested fresh post graduates for a four month internship in research followed by the opportunity for a highly engaged full time role based in Kochi/Bangalore.
- You will receive a nominal stipend and be exposed to the latest technologies, trends in recruiting, workforce analytics, HR compliance, the application of machine learning in hiring and everything else in between.
Your role will include:
- Investigating recruitment market activity
- Analyzing published data and statistics pertaining to recruiter and job seeker activity
- Evaluating performance of online hiring products or services
- Assessing future trends in human resource acquisition strategies
- Coordinating recruiting research projects
- Coordination with tech team for product development
- Writing detailed reports and presenting results
- Reviewing, shortlisting and scheduling interviews
- Internal HR Generalist functions
