About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support recruiter on internal and external recruitment related activities including but not limited to job boards, social media, recruitment system to be accurate
2. Utilize the recruitment system to generate TA reports, conduct manual recruitment analytics and status reports on demand
3. Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
4. Assist the HR staff in gathering market salary information
5. Assist in the planning of company events, coordinating new hire orientations
6. Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
