Sourcing and Talent Acquisition
Real talent acquisition is about hiring people who may not be looking to switch jobs. You should be an out-of-the-box thinker and a DOER. Must have great communication skills and a strong people sense. Should be adept at using Social media. As a part of your role you will be required to drive the HR branding piece across all platforms. As such you must be someone with a marketing bent of mind alongwith Excellent communication skills.
Talent Management & Generalist Profile
This role requires the HR to dive into operations and deeply understand each role, map the performance right from training, onboarding, up until the final exit. You must understand the compensation and appraisal systems.
You will understand the softer aspects of the organization's 'culture' and see the attitude and cultural fit, mould people
To work on our core strategy which is 'catch them young and make them grow.' Build & manage the training and development piece.
General HR Admin:
This compliance control role involves understanding the HR policies and administering the same right from offer letter to exit. You will track and update all employee records like payroll, attendance, probation, appraisal, feedback surveys, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Executive level starts From ₹17,000.00 per month, Not a constraint for the best fit candidate.
Schedule:
- Fixed Day Shift | 10 AM TO 7 PM | MONDAY TO SATURDAY
Experience:
- Sourcing: 1 - 2 year(s) (Required)
- Employee Hiring and Induction: 1 year (Required)
- For Team Lead role: 3 to 4 years experience in Recruitment, Generalist, Employee engagement, Grievance handling, HRMIS systems
Language: English (Required)
