Research Associate/SRF Agricultural Economics recruitment in Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR)
Title : “ Attracting and Retaining Youth in Agriculture (ARYA)”
Research Associate
Essential: Ph. D. in Agricultural Extension/ Extension Education/ Agricultural Economics OR M.Sc degree in Agricultural Extension/ Extension Education / Agricultural Economics / M.Tech in Information Technology or Computer Science including those with the Integrated degree like B.Tech & M Tech (5 years) having 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateship / Training/ other engagements as circulated vide F.No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dt. 09- 10-2015 and 13-07-2015. Desirable: Published research papers OR Experience in data organization, working knowledge of design and development of database and applications including ERP package.
Emoluments : Ph.D. : Rs 40,000 per month+ 30% HRA; Master’s degree holders : Rs 38,000 per month+ 30% HRA.
Age : 40 years
Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Essential: - M.Sc degree in Agricultural Extension/ Extension Education / Agricultural Economics / M.Tech in Information Technology or Computer Science including those with the integrated degree like B.Tech & M Tech (5 years) as circulated vide F.No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dt. 09-10- 2015 and 13-07-2015. Desirable:-Knowledge in computer applications, data organization/report writing/IP Management.
Emoluments : (i) For 1st and 2nd Year : Rs 25,000 per month + 30% HRA (ii) For 3rd year onwards : Rs 28,000 per month + 30% HRA
