Job Description

Wayoasis Immigration is looking for dynamic Immigration Counsellor. Ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for assisting clients with immigration processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa procedures, and eligibility requirements for different countries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate advice to clients seeking work, study, or permanent residency opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide clients on visa processes, documentation, and eligibility.

Assess profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs.

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Convert leads to successful enrollments.

Maintain client records in CRM. Stay updated on immigration rules and regulations.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to growth.

Requirements:

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients.

Basic knowledge of immigration processes is a plus (training provided for freshers).

Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach.
