Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the immigration process, offering expert advice on visa options, and converting leads into successful applicants. This role requires excellent sales skills, in-depth knowledge of immigration policies, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation & Sales:
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to offer immigration services.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' immigration needs and recommend suitable visa programs.
- Explain immigration procedures, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
- Convert leads into sales by building trust and providing accurate information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Documentation & Process Guidance:
- Assist clients in gathering and preparing the necessary documents for visa applications.
- Coordinate with legal and processing teams to ensure smooth application submission.
- Keep clients updated on the progress of their applications.
3. Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential markets and new sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to provide support and answer their queries.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all processes comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in CRM software.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and client trends.
