Job Description

We have logistics company and we need candidates for filing import and export job filing into software like logisys, annex, import bill of entry and export shipping bills, etc.

Responsibilities:

Prepare documents

Create and review documents like bills of lading, letters of credit, and license agreements

Maintain records

Keep track of import and export transactions, merchandise, and shipping documents

Analyze documentation

Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations

Coordinate with others

Work with logistics, finance, and customs brokers to arrange transportation, process payments, and resolve issues

Ensure compliance

Make sure all import and export operations comply with laws and regulations

Communicate with stakeholders

Keep suppliers, customers, and other partners informed about the status of shipments and deliveries
