Job Description

HI , WE ARE K SQUARE LOGISTICS , CUSTOMS HOUSE AGENT , LOOKING FOR A IMPORT DOCUMENT EXECUTIVE WHO COULDF HANDLE - ALL IMPORT RELATED DOCUMENTS LIKE - BL TRACKING , DOCUMENT SCRUTINY , CHECK LIST , BE FILING , FSSAI / AQCS / PQMS FILING , LINER COORDINATION , CUSTOMS RELATED DOCUMENTS , DSR, CLIENT COORDINATION , RECORD KEEPING , INTER OFFICE COORDINATION .

-Complete knowledge of importation of consignment and the complete formalities of import I.E form

-Order placing, banking opining of letter of credit (LC). Customers knowledge of warehouse, invoicing, banking, Taxes, Excise, customs etc.

-Prepare and manage all import documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

-Analyze and interpret data to optimize documentation processes and reduce delays.

-Utilize machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of document handling.

-Employ predictive modeling to anticipate and mitigate potential documentation issues.
