Surbhi Bansal - Over 15 years of experience at senior leadership position at Paytm & Homecredit with experience in Marketing , Social Media & more. Together the team is on a mission to bring Luxury Artefacts, unique decor pieces to home owners in India. We are looking for young energetic & passionate team members who can embrace startup culture and motivated to build a great consumer experience & story, willing to go on a high learning curve of running business and put in hard hours to achieve great milestones together.
Position will be Onsite -> Office Location - Delhi (Kirti Nagar/Mansarovar Garden). Occasionally need to travel in NCR/client homes for shoot.

In-House Videographer and Content Creator

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and creative In-House Videographer and Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and editing high-quality video and photography content for our brand. Your work will play a key role in showcasing our products and building a strong visual presence across social media and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute in-house product shoots and lifestyle shoots, including setup, lighting, and staging.
- Film and edit short-form videos, reels, and creative content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Handle post-production editing for videos and photos, ensuring high-quality visuals with attention to brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with marketing and Social media to develop creative concepts and storyboards for content creation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media content and videography to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Create visually appealing product showcases, tutorials, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional material.
- Optimize video and image content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and website use.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in videography, photography, and content creation (portfolio required). Freshers may apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects, Canava or similar
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and shooting for e-commerce or lifestyle brands
- Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Social Media Savvy: Understanding of platform-specific content trends, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work closely with marketing, product, and design teams.
