Key Responsibilities
1. Handling Inbound Sales Calls

Manage incoming calls from potential and existing customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

3. Sales Target Achievement

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

4. Documentation & CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Update CRM software with relevant customer details and call outcomes.

Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance.
