Key Responsibilities

1. Handling Inbound Sales Calls

Manage incoming calls from potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
Convert inquiries into successful sales by providing persuasive solutions.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide excellent service by addressing queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through effective communication.

3. Sales Target Achievement

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize revenue.
Follow sales scripts and strategies to improve conversion rates.

4. Documentation & CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Update CRM software with relevant customer details and call outcomes.
Generate daily/weekly reports on sales performance.

5. Compliance & Quality Standards

Adhere to company policies, call handling procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Ensure high-quality call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction scores.
Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.
