Key Responsibilities:

Handling Inbound Calls:

Receive inbound calls from customers, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and offers.

Answer customer queries, resolve complaints, and guide them through the services offered by the company.

Handle calls professionally, ensuring customers are satisfied with the service provided.

Customer Assistance:

Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their concerns and offering solutions.

Assist customers with their account details, order status, billing queries, product/service explanations, and troubleshooting issues.

Ensure that all customer issues or complaints are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Sales Support:

Offer upsell or cross-sell products or services based on customer needs during conversations, while maintaining a customer-first attitude.

Inform customers about new products, promotions, and updates that might interest them.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or company’s system.

Ensure all customer data is updated regularly and kept confidential according to company privacy policies.

Customer Feedback:

Gather feedback from customers to understand their experiences and improve service delivery.

Document and report recurring issues or suggestions for improvement to the management team.
