We are hiring for Inbound Voice Process 'Fresher's for Chennai'

Position - Inbound Voice Process
Language - Tamil and Hindi
Experience - Only Fresher's
Qualification- +2/Diploma/Any Degree(Arrear/ Backlog also considered)
Salary- Rs 12000 to 14000 per month
Location - Chennai (Mount Road)
Shift - 7am to 4pm (Female) & 1pm to 10pm - 2pm to 4pm - 4pm to 1am (Any 2 optional shifts for Male)

Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Ensure customer satisfaction and build sustainable relationships.

Collaborate with other team members to improve service standards.
