Job Description
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and software tools.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Handle customer objections and negotiate terms to close sales.
Provide feedback and suggestions for the improvement of sales processes.
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
