Job Description
Title: Manager – Internal Innovation
Role: The automotive industry is undergoing disruption with significant changes in the technology and
Innovation landscape. As a Manager for Internal Innovation, you will support the team in driving the
initiatives towards strengthening the Innovation culture within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Closely working with Department Innovation Ambassadors & Innovation Management team
towards driving the Innovation initiatives within the organization
• Drive events, campaigns, competence development programs to enhance Innovation quotient
of the organization
• Support in digitalization & development of Innovation Management tool
Interface with Business Leaders to monitor & report the Innovation KPIs
Support strategic initiatives to accelerate Innovation & Intrapreneurship through activities
including user desirability validation, MVP creation, market validation, business viability and go
to market strategy.
Work closely with business support functions towards contract management, Innovation
branding etc.
MBA/Management graduate from Reputed Management School with 3-6 years of Experience in
Project management at strategic level initiatives
Extremely good communication skills
Previous Experience in Innovation & Technology Management is most desirable
