Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll engage with potential customers over calls and emails to
promote our courses and help them get started with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
● Contact potential customers to understand their learning needs.
● Convert leads into sales by explaining the benefits of our courses.
● Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
● Work with the marketing team to follow up on leads.
● Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
● Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
● Follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree.
● 0-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service.
● Strong communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team.
● Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
