- Experience: 0-3 years
- Salary Budget: 2.5 LPA - 4 LPA
- Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or a Maximum of 15 Days
- Source prospective candidates using provided databases by engaging them over calls.
- Present the opportunity clearly and guide decision-makers toward actionable steps.
- Develop a tailored strategy for each interaction, ensuring meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes.
- Build a strong knowledge base to address queries effectively and create influential relationships with candidates and their guardians.
- Counsel candidates with a balanced approach, emphasizing benefits and addressing concerns without aggressive selling tactics.
- Proficiency in sales and building customer relationships.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
