Generate leads and follow up with prospects via phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Understand client requirements and offer appropriate IT solutions and services.

Maintain and update the CRM with leads, follow-ups, and client information.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product presentations to clients.

Coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team to understand product capabilities and align with client needs.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Stay updated on the company’s IT products/services, pricing, and industry trends.

Handle basic objections and escalate complex queries to the sales or technical team.
