Job Description
We are looking for someone to begin in a Business Development role and progress into Inside Sales.
- Given our client's varied offering and market bases, the roles will involve reaching out to multiple geographies and industries for a wide variety of business and technology offerings.
- Role:Telephonic, Social and email outreach to prospects as per list and strategy provided. Collation of response data for internal analysis.
- Primary and secondary research for market sizing, prospect list building, and need/demand analysis.
Must Have Skills
- Smooth English Proficiency (spoken and written)
- Decent listening skills
- Capability to understand different accents
- Meticulous and accurate data entry
- Google, LinkedIn, and MS Excel basic proficiency
- Identifying best times to reach prospects based on geography and prospect designation (contact strategy basics)
- Capability to improve script (provide real-time inputs based on prospect reception)
- Knowledge of any area of business IT applications
- Strong knowledge of any industry vertical
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting outreach volume targets as per call timing strategy
- Capture data accurately
- Find relevant information to assess business fitment and target accordingly
