Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships through a proactive, consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Sales Outreach: Contact potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Order Processing: Handle order processing and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products/services.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development and marketing teams to improve our offerings.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related sales position.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
    • Ability to understand and present technical information.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Characteristics:
