Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up.

Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through strategic outreach.

Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Use CRM tools to track lead activity, log communication, and manage the sales funnel effectively.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

Understand customer needs and pain points through active listening and thoughtful questioning.

Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations tailored to each client's requirements.

Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent follow-up, value-driven communication, and attentive support.

Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, offering insights and solutions that align with their business goals.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team revenue objectives.

Execute the company’s sales strategy by promoting product features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.

Handle objections and negotiate pricing and terms with a professional, solution-oriented approach.

Close sales efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication:

Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and follow up on generated leads.

Coordinate with the operations and product teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the company’s CRM system.
