As an Inside sales executive, you will be crucial in promoting our diploma programs and enrolling aspiring professionals. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into enrollments, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in lead generation and sales activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Provide comprehensive information about BSVT's diploma programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the institute
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and results-driven
- Passion for education and student success
- English mandatory, Kannada and additional languages preferred
- Ability to bring in referral sales, sales strategies and revenue growth.
