Designation: Inside Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Explain clearly and precisely features and advantages to prospects in entire non-technical terms.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
- Qualify all new sellers by analyzing their offerings aligned with market needs.
- Learn sales related features and advantages for entire products and services
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Perform in team of all dedicated sales representative to cross-train and acquire team sales objectives.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
