Location: Delhi, India (Office-Based)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through phone, email, and online communication. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through phone calls, emails, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and customer interactions.
- Sales and Client Communication:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations via phone and online platforms.
- Provide detailed information about our instrumentation and automation solutions to potential clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Prepare and send sales quotes and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a thorough understanding of GNM Protech Solutions' product lines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
