Follow up for the Quotation with the Customers

Customer Support/Customer Service

Dispatching and Scheduling

Quotation Management

Technical Discussion with the Customers

Educational Background - B.Tech/ BE

Reach out to potential clients through calls and emails

Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions

Generate and nurture leads through the sales process

Maintain and update CRM database with client information

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

Highly motivated and target-driven

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus
