- Follow-up and Nurture Leads: Engage with leads consistently to move them through the sales funnel, following up regularly and addressing queries about the courses.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop a rapport with potential students, ensuring they feel supported throughout the decision-making process.
- Handling Inquiries: Respond to all student inquiries via calls, emails, or chat regarding admission processes, course details, and university policies.
- Sales Presentation: Provide persuasive and tailored presentations or demos of the UG and PG courses to qualified leads.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Discuss pricing, scholarships, payment options, and other incentives, helping the lead make a commitment and close the sale.
- Sales Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly sales quotas for student enrollments.
