Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads and engage with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Explain company services, understand client requirements, and suggest suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Follow up on leads, track progress, and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Assist in handling inquiries and resolving client concerns efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 1+ year of relevant sales experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing skills and ability to handle objections.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
