Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle lead follow-ups, manage customer sales, and update sales data on the website. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to nurture leads into successful sales. This role involves engaging with potential customers, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring seamless sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Follow-Up & Sales Conversion
- Follow up on incoming leads via calls, emails, and chats.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales by offering the right solutions.
2. Customer Sales Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
3. Sales Reporting & CRM Management
- Update and maintain customer and sales data in CRM software.
- Track sales progress, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights for improvement.
4. Website Sales Updates
- Update and manage product listings, pricing, and customer inquiries on the website.
- Ensure that the website reflects accurate stock levels and sales updates.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance website content for better engagement.
5. Collaboration & Performance Tracking
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to streamline sales efforts.
- Monitor sales targets and ensure KPIs are met.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies.
