Job Description
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process. This role involves lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and present Tecadapt’s offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information about prospects and leads.
Understand Tecadapt’s product and service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients as needed.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with IT products and services, particularly in cloud solutions, enterprise software, and managed services.
Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of qualified leads generated.
Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
Revenue contribution from closed deals.
Customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
