Inside Sales Executive
Job Description
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and walk-ins.

Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers.

Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and legal documentation to clients.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and support post-sale service.

Follow up with prospects and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, competitors, and legal regulations.

Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, feedback, and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and generate potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online research.

Respond to incoming leads via phone, email, or web inquiries, and qualify them based on interest and need.

Maintain a steady pipeline of prospective clients through regular outreach and follow-ups.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

Explain product features, pricing, benefits, and competitive advantages to prospective customers.

Conduct virtual meetings, online demos, or product presentations when needed.

Develop trust and strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
3. Sales Conversion:

Handle objections and questions professionally and confidently.

Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.

Convert qualified leads into paying customers and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. CRM and Documentation:

Accurately update CRM systems with lead details, communication history, and deal status.

Maintain and track sales activities such as calls made, meetings scheduled, and follow-ups.

Prepare regular reports on lead status, pipeline progress, and sales achievements.
5. Collaboration and Feedback:

Coordinate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.

Share customer feedback with product or service teams to help improve offerings.
