Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and managing accounts. The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks involve engaging with potential clients, explaining insurance products, and guiding them through the purchase process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
- Research prospects and understand their business needs and challenges.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow-ups in CRM software.

Sales & Customer Engagement
- Conduct virtual sales meetings and product demos with potential clients.
- Explain product/service benefits and tailor solutions based on customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.

Follow-ups & Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and pending deals to drive conversions.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and update lead pipelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize strategies.

Product Knowledge & Upselling
- Stay updated on product/service features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Educate customers on new updates, promotions, and business solutions.
