Role Summary:
The Institutional Collaboration and Outreach Executive will lead efforts to establish and maintain partnerships with Mumbai-based educational institutions, including junior colleges and business schools, to implement Yuva Bharats social internship program. The role demands a self-driven individual with strong communication and organizational skills to manage collaborations, oversee fieldwork, and ensure the program's success.
Reporting To: Program Head
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaboration with Colleges:
Identify and build relationships with colleges across Mumbai for potential collaborations. Effectively present the social internship programs objectives, benefits, and structure to college administrators and faculty.
2. Program Coordination:
Coordinate with colleges to onboard students into the social internship program. Develop and finalize fieldwork schedules in consultation with college representatives.
3. Fieldwork Management:
Oversee the successful implementation of fieldwork projects assigned to interns. Provide resources, guidance, and support to interns to ensure task completion.
4. Initiative and Expansion:
Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the programs reach. Design and implement strategies to enhance program participation and impact.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of partnerships, participant data, and program progress. Submit regular reports to the Yuva Bharat leadership team detailing achievements and areas for improvement.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelors degree in social work, Education, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in program coordination, partnership building, or outreach activities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) for documentation and communication.
- Prior experience working with educational institutions or NGOs.
- Familiarity with internship program management or fieldwork projects.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
