Job Description
Responsibilities:
Suggest insurance policy that best fit the customer needHelp customers understand their policy's coverage, exclusions, and limitations
Investment and retirement planning strategies
Respond to customer questions and objections
Assess clients' insurance needs and provide expert advice.
Develop and present tailored insurance plans to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle policy renewals, amendments, and claims.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Valid insurance license as required by jurisdiction.
