Provide excellent customer service to existing clients

Manage policy renewals and make necessary updates or changes

Collaborate with insurance underwriters and claims adjusters as needed

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Knowledge of different types of insurance policies and coverage options

Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance standards
