Job Description

Its Insurance Company hiring for insurance agent who is ready and passionately working for insurance company and who is ready to motivate and giving awareness about Insurance. Social cause is more important.
It is a commission basis job upto 30 percentage candidates can earn

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Actively prospect and generate new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct needs analysis for prospective clients to determine their insurance requirements and offer appropriate policies.

  • Present insurance products, explain their features, benefits, and coverage options to clients.

  • Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized service and addressing their insurance needs.

  • Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews, renewals, and addressing any concerns or claims.

  • Follow up with clients on an ongoing basis to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

3. Insurance Policy Management:

  • Explain the terms, conditions, and exclusions of insurance policies to clients in clear and simple terms.

  • Assist clients with completing insurance applications and forms.

  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding their policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.

  • Maintain accurate records of client information, policy details, and all interactions using CRM tools or other company software.

4. Claims Assistance:

  • Assist clients with the claims process by providing guidance and helping them file claims accurately.

  • Serve as a point of contact between the insurance company and the client during the claims investigation.

  • Resolve any claims-related issues and ensure clients receive fair and timely compensation.

5. Product Knowledge & Continuing Education:

  • Stay up to date on the latest insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes to offer clients the best advice.

  • Continuously learn about new insurance services, coverage options, and risk management strategies.

  • Attend training sessions, workshops, or conferences to improve knowledge and skills within the industry.

6. Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and policy changes.

  • Provide regular sales reports and activity updates to the branch or sales manager.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the sales and service process.
