Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a persuasive and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining various insurance products, and converting leads into successful policy sales. You will also maintain long-term client relationships and ensure a high level of post-sales service.
This position is ideal for someone who is target-driven, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow a career in the financial and insurance sector.
● Check vehicle insurance expiry using registration numbers
● Educate customers about renewal dates, policy benefits, and compliance
● Pitch suitable motor insurance plans (car/bike/commercial vehicles)
● Help customers generate quotes and issue instant policies using Vibe’s digital platform
● Assist walk-ins and ensure accurate documentation and data entry
● Build trust and maintain professional conduct with customers at petrol pump kiosks
● Coordinate with the backend team for claims, endorsements, and follow-ups

Certification in IRDAI exam (or willingness to get certified, if required).
