- Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning.

Key Responsibilities
1. Concept Development & Space Planning
-
Understand client requirements and create design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.

Develop space planning, furniture arrangements, and color schemes.

Ensure designs align with functionality, aesthetics, and client preferences.
2. 3D Modeling & Presentation
-
Create 2D and 3D visualizations, sketches, and CAD drawings.
-
Use software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit for design planning.
-
Present design proposals and revise based on client feedback.
3. Material & Vendor Selection
-
Select and recommend furnishings, materials, fabrics, and accessories.
-
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials.
-
Ensure quality control and adherence to budget constraints.
4. Project Management & Execution
-
Oversee site execution and coordinate with architects, contractors, and workers.
-
Ensure the design is implemented as per approved plans and timelines.
-
Resolve on-site challenges and maintain progress reports.
5. Budgeting & Client Coordination
-
Develop project cost estimates and budgets.
-
Communicate regularly with clients regarding progress, updates, and approvals.
-
Ensure designs meet building codes and safety regulations.
