Job Description
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for interior design projects.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate teams of designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within financial limits.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets design specifications and quality standards through regular site inspections.
- Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project, finding effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Keep all documentation informed about project progress, changes, and any issues that arise.
- Final Handover: Oversee the final completion of the project, ensuring all deliverables are met and that the client is satisfied.
- Post-Project Review: Conduct a review after project completion to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
