Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Project Execution:

Oversee daily on-site operations for interior projects, ensuring smooth workflow.
Monitor interior fit-out, furniture installations, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other finishing works.
Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure proper execution of tasks.
Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or material shortages proactively.

Coordination & Communication:

Work closely with interior designers, architects, project managers, and clients to execute plans efficiently.
Maintain regular communication with suppliers and vendors for timely material delivery.
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, layouts, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Conduct regular site meetings to discuss progress and resolve challenges.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace safety standards.
Implement health and safety measures on-site to minimize risks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain daily site progress reports, attendance records, and material usage logs.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Report any deviations, challenges, or necessary design changes to the project manager.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in interior fit-outs, construction, or site supervision.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing, materials, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and floor plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management software (preferred).
Physical Requirements: Ability to work on-site, move around the site, and inspect work regularly.
