Internship Overview:
This internship offers valuable experience in e-commerce product management and provides an opportunity to contribute to the growth of Corporate Gyft's online presence. Successful completion of this project will require attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
Internship Title: Intern-Content Writer - Product
Additional Benefits:
Upon finishing the internship, interns will get a certificate acknowledging their efforts and the skills they've developed throughout the project.
Additionally, interns will receive a stipend of INR 5000 as a token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work during the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Goals:
Creation and addition of 10 products daily on the B2B semi-ecommerce site i.e. corporategyft. Monthly addition of 200 products.
Project Deliverables:
Product Content:
Heading
Subheading
2-3 lines description of the product (unique and about the product with a touch of our corporate gifting business)
Product info in bullet points (data can be availed from shared catalog and from the internet).
Need to follow a pattern, as shared
Humanized Content
Manage the data in google sheets (format will be shared)
Product Images: (Will be shared by designer)
WordPress:
Update products on the WordPress site, ensuring accurate and timely additions.
Coordinate with designer and update all product images along with the content
Project Timeline:
Complete the addition of all 200 products within a month.
Acceptance Criteria:
Ensure there is no duplicacy of content across products.
Cover all necessary product information in the provided bullet points.
Ensure all images meet quality standards, with no hazy or distorted images accepted.
Logos must be correctly placed on each customized image.
Adhere to the specified image size, resolution, and format requirements.
Right placement of logos
Right naming of images while uploading. Rename images according to the provided format.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in content creation and writing, with a strong command of English grammar and vocabulary.
Ability to conduct thorough online research to gather product information and images.
Basic understanding of WordPress or willingness to learn how to update products on the platform.
Attention to detail, particularly in ensuring content accuracy, image quality, and adherence to project requirements.
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Must be a proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, Engineering or related fields.
