Mode of Work: Only Work
from the Office

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Handling customer's query and requests for the services
· Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience (freshers with excellent communication)
· Should be ready to work in pure night shift (Between 5 PM to 10AM any 9 Hrs.)
· Saturday/Sunday No fixed off.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Excellent English Communication Written & Verbal.
· Minimum 6 months experience in any International Voice process
· Any Graduation with no backlogs.
· Age criteria: 18 -27 yrs.

· 2 days rotational week off
