Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Stay updated on import and export regulations, tariffs, and trade policies in various regions.
Sales Strategy:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies that are competitive yet profitable.
Client Engagement:
Initiate and maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Logistics Coordination:
Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure the efficient movement of goods across borders.
Oversee documentation, customs clearance, and shipping processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing.
Draft and review contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with import/export laws.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and provide insights for decision-making.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all import and export activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Mitigate risks related to international trade, such as currency fluctuations and geopolitical issues.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
