Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic International Call Centre Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for our global customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries efficiently, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. This role requires working in different time zones to support international clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Provide accurate product and service information.

Sales & Upselling (If applicable):
- Promote and upsell company products/services where necessary.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Technical & Product Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Guide customers through processes such as troubleshooting, order placements, and refunds.

Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines.

Quality & Performance:
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure adherence to call handling standards and response time metrics.
