Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Expansion:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets for expansion and to understand the needs and preferences of customers in those regions.

Identify new business opportunities, prospects, and clients in international markets through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.

Analyze competitors in the target markets to devise effective sales strategies and tactics.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute the international sales strategy to meet the company’s revenue targets.

Present and promote the company’s products or services to potential international customers.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close deals in compliance with company policies and market conditions.

Manage and grow relationships with key international customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Export Documentation and Compliance:

Prepare and ensure the accuracy of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export laws, including tariffs, taxes, and documentation.

Work closely with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and delivery to international clients.

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies to handle shipments.

Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients and maintain long-term relationships by providing continuous support and addressing any concerns.

Ensure that clients receive timely updates on product availability, shipments, and other issues related to their orders.

Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries related to international orders, delivery, and product quality.

Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and seek opportunities for repeat business.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports on international sales activities, progress, and revenue generation.

Track the performance of specific regions, markets, and accounts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
