Job Description
Overview
An International Sales Executive is responsible for expanding a company’s global market reach by identifying and developing relationships with international clients. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth across different regions.
The ideal candidate should be strategic, culturally aware, and experienced in handling international clients and global trade regulations.
• Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on call.• Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and
accuracy.
• Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Understanding customer requirement and closing sales.
• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
Key Responsibilities

International Market Development
- Identify and research potential global markets and clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, partners, and buyers across different countries.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand business in international markets.

Lead Generation & Sales Execution
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Pitch products and services to international buyers and key decision-makers.
- Handle pricing negotiations and contract finalization.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong business relationships with new and existing international clients.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Sales Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends.
- Collaborate with management to create sales strategies based on international demand.

Logistics & Compliance Handling
- Coordinate with the supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, payment methods, and shipping regulations.
- Manage documentation related to export, invoicing, and payment processing.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on global trade policies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze pricing, demand fluctuations, and regional market preferences.
- Recommend product modifications or new market entry strategies.
