Job Description
Export Market:
Identify and map the market across the globe.
Study the market of foreign countries and must determine which countries are the most likely to buy particular products.
Attend exhibitions for new and existing product development
Market mapping and planning:
Preparing Market Plan and implementing the same
Ensure that monthly production is sold out completely
To develop targeting strategies within your geographic region
Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Visiting Customer (On-field):
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing, and handing over new accounts to the account management team.
Making tour plans
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
Resolve customer issues
Collect reference from customers
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Team Management:
Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
Recruiting and training sales staff
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
Reporting:
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Submit Quarterly /Annually sales report to reporting head
Data Management:
To build, manage, and maintain a substantial pipeline and to ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up to date.
Key Account Management:
To work closely with the account management team to ensure that each client's account manager is kept up to date with all relevant details.
Customer Management:
To actively target and build prospect client relationships in your geographic area.
Identifies and targets influential people inside the client, customer, and third-party organization and builds relationships with them
New Product Development:
Identify and develop new products
Maintain up to date with all industry trends, issues, and news.
Attend industry trade and consumer events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings/seminars
Attend Industry exhibitions across World for product awareness.
Budgeting:
Providing inputs for budgeting of cost involvement concerning business development, branding, marketing/ promotional initiatives.
- Must be able to communicate on email with customers and colleagues within the organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
- Must be willing to travel the country overnight to meet with customers and potential leads
