Job Title: International Voice Process Associate

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Shift Timings: Night Shift (8:00 pm to 5:00 am)

Salary:

Fresher: up to 3.5 LPA
Experienced: up to 5 LPA
Incentives(10k to 30k per month)

Work Schedule:

5 Days Work Week
2 Days Off

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US process with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and delivering information clearly and concisely.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Work Authorization: Candidates Must be eligible to work in Bangalore currently.
